Cassie Thomas found her passion in life after a successful though uneventful banking career. Armed with a customer service and business background, Cassie has become an expert in wedding event sales and planning in her dream job as Event Director at Ace Golf, two family-owned golf clubs including Pebble Creek Golf Club and Crescent Oaks Golf Club.

In just 4 years, Cassie has organized over 250 Wedding Events at the two popular Eastlake-area Golf Clubs and at Carrollwood Country Club. “I chose Wentworth and Crescent Oaks because of their two very different, beautiful reception venues. Also, as local, family-owned businesses, I have a lot more latitude to be creative and provide exceptional service”, says Thomas.

Membership is not required to hold a wedding or event at either club, and the cost compares favorably with hotel and other venues. Wentworth offers a stately, upscale English Manor Clubhouse and Veranda. Crescent Oaks is a larger, Mediterranean style banquet facility with sweeping golf course views and a new outdoor event pavilion. Cassie helps brides plan their weddings with her positive demeanor, creativity, and attention to detail. “I genuinely have a love for people, especially newly engaged couples. Building relationships and delivering unparalleled customer service in the events industry is what keeps me going”, says Cassie.
