I am a single mother I have two boys, Trae & Tanner. I also have a dog her name is Nala. I was born in Florida and moved back in 2021. I also love to work out, ride my bike, go to the beach and socialize with friends.

I have been helping others lose weight and keep it off for 23 years. Weight loss is my passion. I started my own website in 2019. In 2021 I opened a location in Palm Harbor. I like being able to interact with my clients on a weekly basis, providing them with accountability is very important to me. I offer strict meal plans and body contouring. I look  forward to helping others that need the extra support and motivation to reach there goals.
