Tina has over 35 years’ experience in college leadership and workforce development. Throughout her career, Tina developed expertise in the areas of marketing, strategic planning, policy implementation, change management, process improvement, curriculum development and client cultivation.
Tina’s publishing and higher education leadership experience includes supporting the operation of a 120-acre campus with over 6,000 students, while serving as its associate provost, chief campus student affairs officer and student dean. For over five years, Tina was an editorial board member for the Council for the Study of Community Colleges. She has co-edited several special issue journals and has co-published numerous articles. For over 10 years, Tina taught doctoral classes at the University of Florida.
Tina holds a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in management from St. Leo University. She earned her doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Florida and focused her research on gender in community college administration.
